I see the acronym footnote; I quite like the effect, it saves scrolling, except that (a) I have a limit on how long a sentence can go there and (b) I think acronym mouseovers are not underlined in Internet Exporer which makes it hard to see them. Of course, having both is the best of both worlds :)
